wording in Change Pitch/Change Tempo

wording in Change Pitch/Change Tempo

Hi Leland

I notice when you converted to ShuttleGUI you removed the
explanatory line from the above plug-ins e.g. "Change Pitch
without Changing Tempo". Any objections if I put these back,
because the meaning really isn't self-explanatory to less
experienced users without.

I assume the following does not disrupt anything (looks OK to
me when built anyway)

      S.AddTitle(_("Change Pitch without Changing Tempo") +
                 wxString(wxT("\n\n")) +
                 _("by Vaughan Johnson && Dominic Mazzoni") +
                 wxString(wxT("\n")) +
                 _("using SoundTouch, by Olli Parviainen"));

Will commit after a while unless significant arguments against.
