withdraw time

What can you tell me about withdraw time?  As of now the carriers get their own mail.  Can management change this procedure and have the mail brought to us by the clerks?  We have always had withdraw time.  If it is taken away our routes will lose 30 minutes a week.  We can hardly afford to lose this time.

   If the carriers in office dont all agree to loose withdraw time, then you dont they bring it to you, you still get the 5 min, if not grieve it!
