what are icons for? Jáchym,

What are the new icons for? I can’t see where they show up anywhere.

Also, maybe we should use underscores in their names rather than extra ‘.’
It is no problem on Linux and Mac, but I worry about Windows.

Hi,
I used dots, because some files in "images" directory had dots. I have
nothing agains underlines.

The icons are set for each type of window (mapdisplay, gismanager,
menuform now; georectifier, orthophoto, ... in the future). You see
the icons:
1) when you are switching using alt+tab keys
2) when the windows are minimalized

you can fast switch between the winodows using keyboard, the
orientation is _much_ easier..

This are OK on my system. Maybe someone could comment on Windows. That's
where I've run into problems in the past.

OK. It doesn't work like that on the Mac. They are nice icons though.
