week old raw letters?

So i was called repeatedly to work for an RCA on an aux route. I have been treated pretty badly by her in the past but have agreed that if the PM calls and asks for help- I will be there for the PM. PM goes to national meeting plus tacks on vacation. I get call from the aux route girl. since I am not needed in my office that day I go ahead and do it. The route combined two little aux routes in two dinky towns 4 miles apart. After i case and load first half of aux route i drive 4 miles to other post office with brand new officer in charge. She barely knows where the exit doors are yet. So I start to case the second part of the new aux route. Turns out there are three times the flats and raw letters there than I have ever seen before. I look at the raw letters and they are 6 days old. I figure out that All this girl has been doing lately is dps. She was upset with me because I was not available for her the previous day also.There is no way she has touched flats or raw letters for I do not know...couple of days!? I said nothing to the OIC because she knows nothing....
What would you do? what should I have done?  I stayed way past eval and cleaned the place up. i will not be subbing for that one again.

   An rca nor a regular carrier has the authority to call you to tell you to work, that is a managers job, are there any there?

Yes there is a Pm in the  primary 5 route office office, however this young aux route carrier pulls this crap when the pm is gone. She will accept carrying a full route as a sub plus the aux route to look good to the pm and make more money. Then when pm is gone she calls me night before to come do aux route since she is getting tired. the Clerk and the other RCAs in the office have told the pm how badly she treats me. I had the opportunity to tell the pm that I do not work for this young mean 'pup'. The Pm said "well that is how she was treated." I said "no excuse." I do want the hours but I can sub in other offices on routes better than 4.2 hours without the hassle. This young pup has no other one trained on the route but me so, guess she will be getting no days off....  This young pup can go bark at the moon! Cuz she aint barking at me no more!

 Go cj, she c wont do the job, let her work 6 days a week, Im in my 60s and work 6 days a week, dont like it but I do it, no mail at my case when Im finished for the day, and there shouldnt be any left by this sap for you eather, have a good day! Vax
    Especially week old mail enough to get her canned!!!
