If you go to:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/community/translationright-click over "Latest audacity_website.pot file" and "save as",
you will get the latest version (02 September 2009).
The date of the file shows incorrectly online because there is a
problem at the moment with "make" compiling one of the web site
.po files. Because of that problem, community/potdates.inc which
controls the displayed date doesn't get updated.
