Is there a form,compensation wating for dps to arrive?

PT has a "GENERAL INFO" button over on the left side of your screen. If you click on that (or this link)
http://www.ruralinfo.net/general.html  you should see a heading called "Waiting on DPS" Click on that to download a letter on a grievance over DPS waiting time.

You can be required to wait for no additional compensation, provided that it doesn't take you beyond your scheduled leave time (as on your 4240). If it takes you beyond your leave time, you are entitled to compensation, however, if this is a regular occurrence, management will likely put back your start time to combat this (hence putting back your scheduled leave time).
