video is not playing!!

i download rocky iv using a torrent from your site.
it has downloaded complted
but when i try to play it.
it shows incorrect format.
real player, windows media player n all oder players show the message "new software needed to be downloaded".
how should i play the file now??
is it possible to play it??

You can download codecs, or get a new player. I personally use KMPlayer, but a lot of people use VLC Player because you don't need anything to play movies, MP3's, etc. Just download it and play any video or music file. It even plays FLV files from sites like Youtube.
