updates to wxgrass

I just committed a major revision of the layers management section of the wxgrass rendering engine. It should be more robust, faster, and MUCH less verbose.

Hello,

I've just tried the wxgrass p.* commands: Great job !

One small issue: if you erase the map in the gui and then relaunch a
p.vect or p.rast command, all the maps you displayed before are
displayed again.

yes, that it know issue. It is just a proof of the concept. Feel free
to continue to develop p.* modules if you are interested, I can do
than th python part
