I contacted Alan Wilson, US greatest track builder and designer. You are home free as the FIA has no requirements for club circuits. They are governed by the SCCA Jason Fiorito's designers must have been phonies as they wanted 2.42 as governed by FIA. Not so. Last I saw Alan he had a track pending in Beijing. Frank
