Be it resolved that when conducting a mailcount, street/office functions may not be combined into one item for timed/distance credit. Example: as the return of the hamper to it's designated location is a timed event, and the trip to the p.m. accountable case/cart/area is governed by the 50 ft rule, management will not combine these items into a solitary event.
