Summary: Problem with included paths
Initial Comment:
It appears that some include paths cause errors in the tool.
Causes an error: "-include **/1.0.0/**/*.*"
Works: "-include **/branches/1.0.0/**/*.*"
The error is:
SEVERE: directory does not exist: branches/1.0.0/site.comMaven/pom.xml
(note the missing / after site.com)
