squaring up routes

management is squaring up territory. I have read other posts on this and others have commented that the evaluations are to remain the same. If this is true where can I find the info? The only thing I can find is that they can take you back to 43K. I am currently a 45K.

we have already done that.  Our office was told by higher ups that it had to be done.  It was ok.  Every route went up in time which helped so much with the last count.  It makes sense to do thgis and it saved miles and crossing paths.

If they are going to square out territory, then you have heard right, they have to leave you at or above what you already were. They cannot take you down any. As for taking you down to a 43K, they cannot do that unless you go over 55:47 hours per week (47K). If they try, contact your steward. I'm not sure where it is written, but it is correct.
