The missing linguaplone one is a strange one:

This has no Default string so it is hard to translate. And in fact
when looking at the code the English default is an empty string and
no text is really necessary anyway. Looks like either an error or an
option that is given to other languages in case they want/need it.

And this has been there since September 2007 (r16956). Hanno, you
have been working on LinguaPlone lately. Do you see any harm in just

'Manage translations' there as well...
