 - Display system phrases and user phrase with different color in lookup table.
 - Support removing phrase created by user, user can press Ctrl +
number to remove user created phrase.

用户自造词语，会在候选选词窗口里高亮显示。
用户可以通过快捷键（CTRL + 数字）删除自造词语。
加入以词选字功能。
增加快捷键 Ctrl + .用来更改标点符号的全角半角状态。
