This is a very curious case. It's not seldom that a character will have
more than one reading, but in this case, the dictionary you point to
lists it as qí only, Wiktionary lists it as qí only, and the Unihan
database lists it only as jì.
I don't know whether this is a dialectical difference of some sort or
one of Unihan's many spelling errors that have crept into another
product...
