Summary: scim-setup (GTK tool): please correct the .desktop file

Initial Comment:
The application file scim-setup.desktop is not correct for several reasons:
- since it's shown in a configuration menu, it should not say "Configuration", which is redundant, but just tell what domain it will configure

- the Icon field should not use the ".png" extension, the system will find it automatically (using SVG if available/needed)

- "Setup utility for Smart Common Input Method platform" is not  quite nice. I'd rather say "Setup utility for *the* Smart Common Input Method platform". BTW, I changed it (but if you prefer the current way just keep it ;-) )

The point 1 is particularly annoying since in the GNOME menu it takes much horizontal space (it is the item with the longer label), and disturbs by repeating already known information.

Maybe it could be good also to explain that SCIM is a *text* or *character* input method, because base users may not understand. But I let you decide whether it would be a good idea or not.

Thanks for your work anyway, hope this can make SCIM better

Will anybody care about applying this patch? It seems this bugs is
completely forgotten... I'm attaching a new patch that should solve what
sahakpetrosyan criticized.
File Added: scim-setup.desktop.diff

Comment=Setup utility for Smart Common Input Method platform

line in .desktop file is not GNOME HIG compliant.

According to GNOME HIG
http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-book/stable/desktop-application-menu.html.en#menu-item-tooltips

menu tooltips should be phrased as an imperative verb. Something like this
would work:

Comment=Configure the Smart Common Input Method platform

Point 1. (Name) seems to have been fixed recently. I leave the bug open
because of the two other minor issues...
