am i the only one that hasn't recieved their response from district pertaining to my dispute letter?  thankfully, my area steward is being pro-active and we are going ahead with filing any/all greivances.  maybe i should take it as a good thing; i'm sure they are figuring out how to award my route all the items i disputed.....last year our office never did get a response, but we did find out (a year later!) win 3 disputed items, which if i calculated correctly, moved me up an hour in evaluation; can you say back pay????

No, you are not alone. I don't expect to hear anything till middle of the summer, if then. That is par for the course around my area.

hmm, ask and ye shall recieve....so this morning my sup hands me the reply from dist; all were denied except one i disputed pertaining to 2 pieces of cfs. my sub (fairly new to my route) put them through erroniously.  sup didn't give me credit even though i told him, my understanding was: even if all we have to do is pull off the sticker, we get credit.  on the other items, step 2 greivance here we come ;-)
