Hi,

archetypes.referencebrowserwidget
replaces
Products.ATReferenceBrowserWidget
in Plone 4 right?

We can remove it from versions.cfg and sources.cfg in this case.

No. The Products.ATReferenceBrowserWidget we use in trunk is a pure
backwards compatibility layer over archetypes.referencebrowserwidget.
If we were to remove the package, all add-ons using it would break.
We'd rather give a clear deprecation warning and let them adjust
themselves for Plone 4.x.

Ok, thanks for the explanation.
I didn't look at it yet, I suppose all templates to be parsed for i18n
strings are in archetypes.referencebrowserwidget now and there is
nothing in Products.ATReferenceBrowserWidget.
