Hi,

                Has anyone recently installed cygwin grass 6.3.0 and had a problem with a locked GRASS  GIS terminal? I’m trying to determine if this problem is related to updated cygwin libraries.

Please post the error message... do you mean a locked
mapset or a terminal freeze?

Hi Markus,

      The terminal window itself is not allowing typed commands or executing scripts. There are no error messages and the GUI works fine. This action did not occur on my original install, but now updated cygwin libraries are in place.
