A lot of bug fixes not related to chord names has been made, so I've just made a windows prerelease to let people test them.
I also changed the README file in the prereleases directory accordingly.

I just compiled and tested r1703 after a little correction in the CMake file.
Apparently chordnames entry does not work.
- Ctrl + K
- Enter C
- Space
The C vanishes.
Should I make the prerelease public even with this? Any opinion?
