ok, i gotta admit i hate thumbing through a buttload of paper to find a simple answer so i'm using you people! here's the dealio-an rca has to either work 90 days or one year whichever comes first to be off probation. my question is, if 60 of the days were worked on a route evaluated at say 7 hours and 30 days were worked on a 2 hour aux route does that make 90 days? or does it have to be 90 days x 8 hours which would be a total of 720 hours? also, once the 90 days is up, is there something good to that or is it just, "ok, ya worked 90 days now, yahoo!!!"
