ploneboard not i18nized

hi, I am new to plone, and just install ploneboard
I am in trouble make the ploneboard ui use chinese language,
although the plone site has been in chinese language
how can I i18nized ploneboard too?

Ploneboard is already internationalized, but the Chinese localization
is not complete.
Please contribute to the chinese translation by editing the following two files:
