Jerald,
It's not a big deal - Photon can get numbers from Tradebase to seed
the ClOrdIDs that are sent out, and if it can't connect it just uses
its own internally-generated ClOrdIDs based on the machine name and
IP.
Can you double-check that you have the IP address of "web app host"
filled out correctly in Photon settings?
http://trac.marketcetera.org/trac.fcgi/wiki/Marketcetera/PhotonInstallation#ConfigurePhotonIt's set to be 'localhost' by default, but if you are running an
appliance then you'll have a different IP address - the same one you
use to connect to via the web. Can you check that that entry is
correct?
thanks
