What you're probably dealing with here goes alot deeper than perfume. The perfume is just a Freudian metaphore or a "costume"..... an expression of stinking things being COVERED OVER.....and no-one is to dare and be the wiser!( and my oh my,isn't this just the kind of individual that soo often is magnetically drawn into a "stewartship " position with corrupt and rotten organization like the NRLCA)When you mention the know-it-all atittude,etc., it's a dead give a away! In psychological terms, it's akin to the person who has committed a heinous evil and now finds themselves compulsive-obsesssive about excessively showering and constantly washing their hands.( a 'compensation' for their GUILT!)
