Normally I work 40 hours or more a week as a rural ptf, so I always get my full 4 hours of sick/annual. But I'm curious how this works if my hours are cut. I've asked around and some people were saying that i have to work 40 hours in the two week pay period to get the full compliment. if I'm only scheduled 4 days every on other week how can i possibly make 40 hours? Is the time cumulative?
