Running offline install crashes installer when this line is used:[[BR]]
osgeo4w-setup.exe -q --local-install --root c:\OSGeo4w -l
"c:\OSGeo4w\http%3a%2f%2fdownload.osgeo.org%2fosgeo4w\release"
changing package forlder name to something like this helps
osgeo4w-setup.exe -q --local-install --root c:\OSGeo4w -l
"c:\OSGeo4w\packages\release"
May be download packages in something less weird than
"http%3a%2f%2fdownload.osgeo.org%2fosgeo4w" or replace extra characters?
