#102: r.proj.exe stops working on Windows Vista

When trying to reproject DEMs from one location to another (NAD27 to
NAD83), r.proj stops working every time. The error is present in both the
Python and Tcl/Tk Guis and happens with the UAC both on and off. The hdmp
file reads:
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Information: The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual
address for which it does not have the appropriate access
