osgeo.org Romanian translation

Hello everybody,

My name is Vasile Craciunescu and i'm representing here the "in
formation" Romanian OSGeo Local Chapter. One of our goals is to
translate the important sections on OSGeo portal. For this purpose we
are asking WebCom for a 'translator' account.
