ogr2ogr??

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can help with a problem which I have to solve: I
want to take coordinates in meters from an ACAD file, and project them in
lat/long as is compatible with google maps. I understand that ogr2ogr is the
way forward. I expect that I will have to shift the x,y coords in my drawing
to UTM which I am happy with.

However:

1. I do not know what format ogr2ogr expects the UTM data to be in.
2. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what t-srs is correct to
get google style lat/long (or something which can be made to work)

If you can assist I would appreciate:
1. A UTM data file which ogr2ogr understands so that I can base my output on
that.
2. The command line which I need to pass to get the correct data out.

Apologies if I have posted to the wrong place - let me know where I need to
post if so.

Thanks,
Toz Jerimiah
