*.nrg, iso files ????

I have D/L a movie in a nrg file , it says its a disk image....... great ...... can't seem to get the movie out of it , have no idea what I should do , have tried Nero.. no luck..

What can I do with this file or a ISO file while I'm asking ??

Any assistance is appreciated..

Thank you for reply , but I don't know what to do with it at all.......
I copied *.ngr in iso and made/burnt a disk......... it didn't work
I extracted it in ISO and made/burnt a disk....... it didn't work

I just wanna watch the movie , and I really don't know what i'm doing , but i can watch avi files....... any suggestions......
