There seems to be numerous locations where no-developer is problematic.

Hi, all.
We have an account 'builder' which is used for reposiotory maintenance
purpose.
Actually, the number of files touched by 'builder' account and the number of
commits have been tremendous compared to other actual developers', although
the builder's change is not of importance.
Since we don't want to include such maintenance works into the statistics,
"-no-developer builder" argument is being used for our repository.
However, in some features, this option seem to be not working properly.
For example, 'The developer of the month' are 'builder' for all the months.
And "Lines of touched" graph also became useless because the graph was
scaled down according to builder's work.
What is the best strategy in this case?
