wow had a couple of hours out today thanks to steve dropping off a cage from michelle for my dog daisy. it is fantastic! no chewed door, no wees, no eaten underwear and no upset dog when we returned. i repeat fantastic! (even though we had to persuade my little whippet that she couldnt stay in it.)any1 else use one? so so so happy

That's brilliant news. So pleased for you all, and Daisy will be so much happier knowing that she's doing the right thing.

We're a cage-free house here. We did try it with Bob, ONCE and said never again. Life would be so much easier if we could cage them... but the we'd have stuck at only one hound as we'd never have space for two cages, so perhaps it's just as well Bob hated it

I have always used a cage for Obi since he was 6 weeks old and it has been fantastic knowing you could go out and not return to absolute mayhem,so when we got Susie i got a cage straight away and she is an angel in it.
Obi has now decided he hates the cage after 2 years of no problems,he now barkes, howls and tries to dig his way out if we attempt to close the cage door. We now have to leave the cage door open or he wont settle he still sleeps in it and is always in it on a morning when we get up.
Susie is still an angel in hers so i hope she doesnt take notes from Obi's book and kicks up a fuss in the future. x

molly likes her cage she sleeps in it and is quite happy to have the door shut. In fact we went away with the dogs and she looked for her cage. Jenny prefers not to be in one . just as well as no room for 2 cages
