need help finding movie ( old movie )

i need some help finding an old movie

been bugged about this for 2 or 3 years now but can't figure it out


think the movie is fropm 80's to maby early 90's

movie is about some kind of serial killer monster that rips out ist victims hearts and eat em, 2 cops hunting it.

movie ends in the subway, flooded to the waste i think


and the moster carve a message on to the chest of the cop thats the side kick to the main character.

and it rains alot in the movie to :P

i have checked clips on both mimic 1, 2 and 3 and its not any of thos.
