multiple device cfg files

Hello -

I'm trying to run MRTG against multiple devices.  I have one master.cfg file that has Include: statements that point to my device cfg files.  When I attempt to run MRTG against the master.cfg, MRTG only processes the last line, ignoring the other cfg files.  Is there something I'm missing that would be causing this?  

I'm running MRTG on a Server 2008 machine if that makes any difference.  Thanks in advance.
