mrtg 2.10.3 (BigFloat fixed) is out

Folks,

For all those who have unsucessfully tried running mrtg 2.10.x with
perl < 5.6.1 here is an update release which does work ... I hafe
disabled the  use of BigFloat for all perl versions < 5.6.1

I have done limited testing of mrtg with perl 5.00502 and it does
not throw any erros anymore ...
