I hearby motion that the fusion community adopt a Project Steering
Committee as described at:

* RFC 2 [http://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/wiki/FusionRfc2]
* http://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/wiki/ProjectSteeringCommitteeGuidelines.

As there is no existing PSC to vote on this, I call on all members of
the community to vote on this motion.

Votes are in the form of:

+1 - I agree that the fusion community should adopt a PSC under the
proposed guidelines
0 - I don't really care (in which case don't vote ;))
-1 - I disagree with the proposed guidelines, here is what I would
change for it to be acceptable

Voting will be open until the end of this week, at which time I will
tally the votes and see what people think.

Cheers

Paul

resending to everyone this time ;)

I hereby declare the motion passed with support from 14 members of the
community (not all of them from DM, MapGears or Autodesk!).  Jason is
now the official chair of the Fusion PSC and the PSC is now
responsible to the community for the operation of the project.

Cheers
