IMPORTS clauses are SMI's version of include. For instance (slightly
editted for brevity):
> smidump -f imports LIEBERT-GP-AGENT-MIB.mib
# LIEBERT-GP-AGENT-MIB imports tree (generated by smidump 0.4.8)
LIEBERT-GP-AGENT-MIB
+--RFC1213-MIB [1 identifier]
| +--RFC1155-SMI [6 identifiers]
| +--RFC-1212 [1 identifier]
| +--RFC1155-SMI [1 identifier]
+--SNMPv2-SMI [6 identifiers]
+--LIEBERT-GP-REGISTRATION-MIB [5 identifiers]
| +--SNMPv2-SMI [3 identifiers]
+--SNMPv2-TC [1 identifier]
| +--SNMPv2-SMI [1 identifier]
+--LIEBERT-GP-CONDITIONS-MIB [2 identifiers]
+--SNMPv2-SMI [6 identifiers]
+--SNMPv2-TC [1 identifier]
| +--SNMPv2-SMI [1 identifier]
+--LIEBERT-GP-REGISTRATION-MIB [2 identifiers]
+--SNMPv2-SMI [3 identifiers]
The indentation reflects the way IMPORTS work recursively. All the
references to RFC* and SMNPv2* are to "standard" MIBs.
LIEBERT-GP-AGENT-MIB, LIEBERT-GP-REGISTRATION-MIB and
LIEBERT-GP-CONDITIONS-MIB are enterprise specific MIBs.
To be able to run mib2opennms on LIEBERT-GP-AGENT-MIB (which does
contain NOTIFICATION-TYPE entries) you have to have both
LIEBERT-GP-REGISTRATION-MIB and LIEBERT-GP-CONDITIONS-MIB as well as all
the standard MIBs.
