made from leftover bbq supplies, which i imagine was how meatloaf got started.  the tortillas work really well instead of bread.  it should be pretty oniony, and only as much tortilla as will hold together when cooked.  the chili should vanish during cooking, leaving only that nice complex flavor it imparts in braising.

groundbeef
tortillas, chopped
onions, coarsely chopped
garlic
dried chili pepper flakes
1/2 cup tomato soup  (also leftover)
a little bbq sauce
1 egg (beaten)
salt
pepper

combine all ingredients.  sprinkle top with a little chili flakes (maybe 1 tsp).  put in pan and cook at 350-375 until done.  you can use a shallow pan (easier to cook).
