matrix clarification

we need to work on the wording in the matrix guidelines...its contradictory in the way it reads....
I will copy and paste the offensive portions that cause the problems...in a reply as soon as i locate them all....

We should reword the contract.  I was reading parts of it tonight and all it does is repeat!  I am second on the senority list yet because we have a vacant route that sub who is at the bottom works more then me. With all the changes going on then it is time for the matrix to do the same.

If the sub on the bottom of seniority is on the matrix in the first or second call then he should be getting the work and not you.  It doesn’t matter if you’re top, if I am listed on that matrix in any place that works belongs to me no matter if you’re above me in seniority.  You are always free to switch your primary to the said vacant route and go first call on your old route if there a spot open on the matrix.
