lookup table sticks in my java GUI

Hello everybody,

the lookup table of SCIM sticks always at the left upper corner of my java programm, no matter where the input field is.
I have seen that this problem doesn't appear with Eclipse, but also with Jedit.

should I change some settings or modify my code?
