I am searching for the info regarding the time allowance we have for the llvs.  I believe it is only for refueling and inspecting the vehicle.  I spend alot of time dropping off and picking up my vehicle at the repair shop.  The PM seems to think this is all covered by the llv time allowance.  I want him to give me O time and deduct it from my evaluated hours.  It is not fair to add to my hours time I didn't get at count, and then I have to use my annual to stay under 2080.  Please guide me to the actual reference that I can give him.  I want to get this resolved.  Thanks

The LLV time allowance covers refueling, recording milage, vehicle safety check, and writing up the repair tag. It does not include take the LLV to and from the shop. Taking the LLv to the shop is the job of either you VMF or your VOMA, depending on what you have at your office.

In fact, I just made my PM pay me to drive with him to the repair shop in town and pick up our LLV from it's oil change.  It's 8127 time or 1314-a time if you are an RCA.  The PM told me that Vehicle Maintenance is 100 vehicles behind so this issue will probably come up again.  If he/she won't pay then they are requiring you to work off the clock.  File a grievance on it immediately.
