Summary: MP3 bitrate downgrading
Initial Comment:
A bitrate downgrading option would be a very useful feature when copying music to a portable player with a limited storage. Currently every bitrate changer recompresses the source mp3, what takes long time and introduces additional quality loss to the output. Isn't it possible to do a fast bitstream downgrade to do the job faster without recompressing the file?
