Hi there Julie, welcome to FFTOO  To put up a photo on site if you look at the boxes above the smilies on the reply page you'll find things like 'insert image' 'upload file' etc. Just try one of those to browse your own pictures and include. Pretty easy really, only problem you may have is on the sizing possibly. Just have a go!!
