I am having a hard time convincing the dept of labor that after 22 years as a carrier my carpal tunnel is caused by my job.
I work outside Atlanta, is there an orthopedist others have been to that would write a letter clearly stating my job caused this ?
Under the Dept of labor/Osha/ergonomics studies that we paid for state pushing or pulling with your spine at an odd angle causes c. tunnel as well as web md and I printed all this and sent it to them in the beginning. I've had a hearing with a court reporter and an agent flew in from D.C. for this bs.I need help, please.
