Adding a bunch of small classes to the swing module to help users who want to render maps into images and save them to file.
* JFileImageChooser: a file chooser for some image formats supported by ImageIO on the user's system
* JMapImageDialog: a dialog to get the output image size and filename
* JIntegerField: sub-class of JTextField to work with integers (plus related event and listener classes)
