GridCoverageRenderer still not able to handle rotated coverages.
----------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-2810
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-2810
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: core render
    Affects Versions: 2.5.8
         Environment: java version "1.6.0_16"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_16-b01)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 14.2-b01, mixed mode)
Windows XP 64 bit
            Reporter: Per S Hustad
            Assignee: Andrea Aime
         Attachments: grid10x10.tif, GridCoverageRendererTest-patch.txt, testRotatedCoverage.tif

The GridCoverageRenderer is still not rendering rotated grid coverages correctly. See the attached testRotatedCoverage.tif screenshot, obtained from running the supplied GridCoverageRendererTest.testRotatedCoverage()  with -Dorg.geotools.test.interactive=true.

Before running the test, you will have to copy the grid10x10.tif attachment to the /gt-render/src/test/resources/org/geotools/renderer/lite/test-data/ directory.

The rotated grid coverage is jagged along the image borders. We have traced this to the org.geotools.coverage.processing.operation.CroppedCoverage2D.create method where the Mosaic image is produced. I tried to figure out a safe way of extending the image ROI regions but finally gave up.
