DbaseFileWriter doesn't update the number of registers on close()
-----------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-2794
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-2794
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: data shapefile
    Affects Versions: 2.6.0, 2.5.8, 2.5.7
            Reporter: Cesar Martinez Izquierdo
            Assignee: Andrea Aime
            Priority: Minor
         Attachments: DbaseFileWriter.java.patch

When close() method is called, the number of registers doesn't get updated in the DBF header. This makes impossible to write a DBF unless you know the number of records in advance (for example if you are reading from a data stream).

This issue has already been discussed in the devel list, I just open it in JIRA so that we don't forget about it:
http://n2.nabble.com/DbaseFileWriter-and-number-of-registers-td3834552.html#a3834552

I attach a patch (built against 2.5.x) which solves the problem
