this patch adds a  constructor to pass  GeneralParameterValue[]s like transparency when creating a MapLayer for an AbstractGridCoverage2DReader

2.Removes deprecated and unused "throws org.geotools.feature.IllegalAttributeException" from all constructors in DefaultMapLayer
