The javadoc plugin attempts to detect the module name for each class by doing pattern matching on the URL given with the @source tag (if present) in the class header doc. The pattern was failing for many classes, giving incorrect module names in the output javadocs.
The plugin also tried to add a link to the module jar and class source file in the svn repo, but these also can fail with sub-modules and optional modules.
I've fixed the module name matching for modules under 'modules' and 'demo' paths and removed the jar and source links.
