To make Mapbender easier to configure, we should think about adopting
the CSS guide [1] of the jQuery UI framework.

We are already using some of their plugins, and furthermore, could use
the Themeroller [2] to create themes for Mapbender (or use existing
themes to begin with).

Opinions?

absolutely +1.

(though I haven't got a clue, hwo much work it would mean, to adopt
the styling stuff)

+1 from me too.

This would be really cool.

Maybe we should invent an workgroup on this topic, which would figure out
which Mapbender parts are involved on this changes.
